Data collected
The Asirem site collects no data automatically. The only information involved is what you enter voluntarily in the « Request a demo » form: name, company, work email and, if you wish, a message describing your context.
How that information travels
Submitting the form sends this information to an Asirem server, which immediately forwards it by email to contact@asirem.aero through our email delivery provider. This information is not kept in any database or analytics tool: the server relays it without storing it.
Purpose
This information is used only to arrange, at your initiative, a conversation about your passenger service coordination needs.
Retention
Once received, the email is kept like any other business message, for as long as the conversation and its commercial follow-up require.
Cookies and audience measurement
The Asirem site currently uses no cookies and no audience measurement tools.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of the information concerning you by writing to contact@asirem.aero.
